Payment terms & no-refund policy
These terms apply to paid tickets, HBCU participation packages, sponsorships and other purchases made for HBCU Twin Cities 2027.
All sales are final
Payments are nonrefundable. No refunds are provided for buyer cancellations, no-shows, schedule conflicts or unused admission or benefits, except where required by applicable law. Mandatory legal rights remain in effect.
Review your purchase
Before paying, confirm the offer, quantity, total amount, date and stated inclusions. Only benefits expressly included in the selected offer are purchased. Student and family daytime summit attendance remains free. Legacy Affair tickets cover the separate evening social without a seated dinner.
Packages and custom arrangements
HBCU and sponsorship placement, availability and deliverables require organizer confirmation and a written agreement. Request a custom package before paying; an inquiry does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation. Any specific written purchase agreement also applies.
Stripe payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes and fees must be disclosed in checkout before payment. A payment receipt confirms payment; admission and package fulfillment follow the details of the purchased offer.
Event changes
Organizers will communicate material event changes and instructions for affected purchases. This policy does not waive remedies required by law if the event is cancelled or purchased services are not provided.
